Stress, Anxiety, Overwhelm
French & English
In-Person & Virtual - $160
I support adults navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty managing strong emotions. My work focuses on helping people understand how their experiences and responses to stress can contribute to irritability, impulsive reactions, changes in mood, or difficulty feeling calm and grounded.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can slow down, explore their experiences, and build on their strengths. My approach is client-centred, collaborative, and trauma-informed, guided by each person’s needs and pace. Together, we explore situations that feel overwhelming, recognize the body’s early signs of stress, and develop practical strategies for responding with greater awareness and steadiness.
My goal is to help clients feel more present, develop confidence in their ability to manage emotions, and approach difficult situations with greater clarity. I support people in strengthening emotional resilience, making thoughtful decisions, and feeling more at ease in daily life and relationships.
